About Sculpted Silhouettes

My ball jointed dolls came about from a love of dolls, corsets, historic costume and engineering. I have always loved creating things and the more complex the better. I love dolls and especially ball jointed dolls, but was always sad that the shape and form were not suited for historical period dress. This inspired me to start working on a line of dolls geared towards fashionable shapes and beauty ideals for different time periods.
